Experiences, Expectations, Hold My Beer!

When life feels like it is coming at you like a charging locomotive what do you do? How do you handle the curves that life throws at you. I had to curb my expectations, accept and surrender to what was out of my control. I expected one thing and the Universe said "hold my beer".
